CATL and CMG Sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Contemporary Amporex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) and China Merchants Group (CMG) recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. Jianmin Miao, chairman of CMG, Jianhua Hu, president of CMG, Robin Zeng, chairman of CATL, and Shu Zheng, CFO of CATL, jointly witnessed the signing ceremony. Renjie Deng, vice president of CMG and David Han, commercial application business president of CATL, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
According to the agreement, CATL and CMG will give full play to the advantages of both parties and carry out strategic cooperation in the fields of technological innovation, green transportation, comprehensive finance and green parks while upholding the principles of openness and fairness, advantage complementing, mutual benefit and market orientation, and long-term stable cooperation.
