Charging as fast as refueling: As the only battery in the logistics industry supporting peak 8C charging, the Tectrans II superfast charging battery reaches 80% SOC in just 6 minutes and 48 seconds, and a full charge in only 8 minutes and 56 seconds, bringing charging closer than ever to the speed and convenience of refueling.

Longer service life and greater durability: Tectrans II offers an ultra-long warranty of up to 10 years or 1 million kilometers. The cell's internal resistance is only 50% of the industry average, significantly reducing heat generation during fast charging. The graphite particles modified through atomic-level interface engineering reduce active lithium loss and delay battery degradation. A more durable battery not only means "the same lifespan for the vehicle and battery" but also improves residual value.
Reliable performance under extreme cold conditions: Even at -20°C, the battery reaches a full charge in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds longer than under normal conditions, significantly reducing charging time in cold climates and ensuring dependable operation even in harsh winter conditions.
02 Integrated Supercharging and Battery-Swapping Station: Bridging the "Last Mile" of Ultra-Fast Energy Replenishment
Furthermore, CATL launched an integrated supercharging and battery-swapping station compatible with both passenger and commercial vehicles, meeting the ultra-fast energy replenishment needs of diverse logistics applications such as urban distribution, intercity transport, cold chain, and last-mile delivery.

Equipped with customized ultra-fast chargers, the station will offer an upgraded power output tailored to the charging requirements of light-duty commercial vehicles. In response to diverse charging port designs of light-duty commercial vehicles such as minivans and light-duty trucks, the charging cable lengths have also been optimized, so that drivers could easily connect the cables after parking without struggling to reposition their vehicles.
This year, CATL plans to deploy 4,000 integrated supercharging and battery-swapping stations across nearly 190 Chinese cities, drastically reducing the time drivers spend finding a charging station and charging their vehicle.
