CAES and Nanling Auto Reached Strategic Cooperation
On December 10, Contemporary Amperex Energy Service Technology Ltd. (CAES) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Nanling Automobile Co., Ltd. (Nanling Auto) in Shenzhen. The two parties would take full advantage of respective resources to build EVOGO battery swap network in the Greater Bay Area.
Ma Chunxin, Chairman of Nanling Auto and Chen Weifeng, General Manager of CAES witnessed the signing ceremony; Xia Huilin, Deputy General Manager of Nanling Auto and Zhang Yongcan, CAES's head of the Greater Bay Area signed the agreement on behalf of each part.
At the signing Ceremony, Battery Swapping Vehicle Order Agreement and Vehicle Handover Ceremony were held by Chen Lijuan, director of the New Retail Department of Nanyling Auto and Wang Guogang, CAES's vehicle manager of the Greater Bay Area.
In the future, the two parties would cooperate closely in EVOGO battery swap station operation, vehicle marketing, after-sales services, zero carbon industry park construction, to promote transportation electrification in Greater Bay Area.
